Was supposed to go JBP the week before, however, I decided to try my luck in getting the free pass. That’s why the trip was postponed. I didn’t managed to get the free pass. This despite me logging on @ 9am sharp when the window is open for ‘booking’. At exactly 9.02am, both the free passes was taken up. I totally can’t believed it. Haha…
It was then Yong Jie informed me over dinner that STB is having a promotion. The first 2009 visitor will gain free entry.
… Sadly, we lost the free entry battle again. We were not among the first 2009. Had to coughed out $16 each.

Don’t get us wrong! We weren’t trying to be a bitch by paying with the stack of $2. Just so happen that Xiao Ge have a whole stack of it. I almost fainted when Sharon tied the remaining stack of $2 together with a red rubber band. That’s so loan-shark loh~

That’s Yong Jie. So happen that he and his girlfriend were there too~
Anyway, I was so happy to learn that the Penguins are still in the original place. Turn right after the entrance.

Yeah! With Kor Kor… I used to live in Pandan Gardens and there’s a temple there with quite a number of parrot. I used to make those parrots to call ‘Kor Kor’. Which they really did call~ Brought back sweet old memories~

Dangerous Creature on the loose~ lolz

Tai Ji against Eagle Strike

Taken together with an army of Kor Kor…

A very failed imitation of Flamingo. But hello? Shouldn’t we get some credits for doing the right thing? As in standing on one leg… That’s what they always do, isn’t it? Haha…

Oh.My.God! This is so old school. And it only took $0.20 to make it work. II don’t know how long does the ’sight’ last coz I left before it ‘black-out’.

I’m stunned to see that I look fucking beng under the sunlight. Shit! Now I know why Ashley and some of the girls in my workplace say that I look like one. Knn! ( Oops~ I’m really one! )

And they even have this. There was a kid, who definitely looked like he’s ain’t getting up early, sitting on it. I took Sharon’s digital camera and asked him whether could he help us take a group shot. Viola~ He stood up immediately and went to find daddy. Haha… I’m a ‘harmless terrorist’ in some sense~ lolz (And that’s definitely an oxymoron )

And there was light~ Lolz…

No, don’t get us wrong. We haven’t reached the peak yet. Definitely not jumping for joy.
… Come to think of it, there’s no peak in Jurong Bird Park, as it’s definitey not on a mountain.
Why? Because there’s no mountain in Singapore…
But why is Mount Faber called Mount Faber? It’s definitely not on a Mountain…
… Let’s stop this nonsense~ Lolz

Xiao Ge looks like a pro player. Haha… I totally CMI! Next!

Sharon was so excited upon seeing this. We overheard a girl telling her mum, “Look, a big chicken!”
And Xiao Ge told us under his breath that it’s not a Chicken, it’s a Rooster, Lolz… Kok…

The walk to this attraction is quite a Bitch. Remember that I mentioned the Penguin attraction is to the right of the entrance. The Owl attraction is the eaxct opposite. It’s on the left. Which means to say that if you go via the Penguin, you’ll have to walk a big round before you can see the Owls…

EXPECTO PATRONUS~ got the Harry Potter feel right?
Haha… Anyway… that marks the end of our Bird Park Trip. I think the next trip will be in 2019 lolz
