Shoot! I need to start rationing my Pineapple Tarts, that is if I still want to make it through Chinese New Year with it. It’s just simply irresistable. I’d even tried to tahan, stopping myself from opening the 2nd bottle. But alas! My mouth got the better of me.
WL went for his job interview yesterday. The other night, that prat asked me to meet him up for lunch after his interview, to be there to give him a big ‘Hi 5′ if he were to snitch the job. And of course I didn’t do that. Like most interviews, before leaving, they told him that, “We’ll contact you if you’re shortlisted and if you didn’t receive a call from us, it meas that you didn’t get it!” What a mean cliffhanger!
Actually, I was there because the place of interview happened to be near IKEA. I loved going IKEA, even when I’m not making any purchase. Their display of furnitures are always so interesting. The other main attraction is their hotdog bun, going for only $1.
Later that evening, I went down to Chinatown with my mum. Not that interesting because every other shop is selling the same thing. We went there to get peanuts only. I don’t think I’ll go there again during CNY period. haha….
